Yogalates Demonstration at Kogarah Library

We held a fabulous Yogalates Introduction Session at Kogarah Library last night with our Yoga and Belly Dancing tutor Nadia Yehia.

Yoga offers many health and wellbeing benefits which include:

• Improved posture • Boosted immunity
• Helping promote better sleep
• Improved balance
